Our chef is a culinary artist with over 6 years of professional cooking experience, trained at a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant.
With certifications in Korean, Western, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine, as well as traditional Korean rice cake (tteok) making, they bring a wide range of culinary expertise to every class. They have also received awards in various international cooking competitions.
Cooking has been a part of their life since childhood, having grown up alongside a grandmother who was also a chef. This early influence led them naturally into the world of food.
Now, with a passion for sharing the beauty of Korean cuisine with the world, they offer not just cooking instruction — but a heartfelt cultural experience.
